2 Scope of Services
Canada Immigration Advisors provides consulting services regarding Canadian immigration matters. Our services include, but are not limited to:

- check_circle Preparation and submission of visa applications.
- check_circle Representation before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).
- check_circle Consultation on citizenship and permanent residency.

4 Professional Fees and Refunds
Our professional fees are agreed upon in advance and outlined in the Retainer Agreement signed by both parties. Fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced on your file, except as required by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) regulations.
Please note that our professional fees do not include government processing fees, biometrics fees, or third-party expenses (such as translations, couriers, or medical exams), which remain the client's responsibility.
5 Limitation of Liability
In no event will Canada Immigration Advisors, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise. Canada Immigration Advisors, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
6 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
